Most of our competitors use sub-contractors for repair and service work.  We have a staff of highly trained mechanics and electricians that are experts in troubleshooting and repairing treatment system equipment.  If a vital piece of equipment goes down today, we can have an electrician on site immediately, not when a sub-contractor is available.
