Technical Services for Treatment Systems

Design-Build-Operate Projects (multiple Superfund and wastewater treatment projects) – This type of service delivery has the advantages of singular responsibility, quality, early knowledge of firm costs, cost savings and improved scheduling. BAI has used this approach successfully on many Superfund and wastewater treatment projects over the last ten years. Please contact us for specific project details.

Operability and Constructability Reviews (multiple sites) – Owners and engineering companies have retained BAI to provide operability and constructabily reviews of system designs. This step applies our practical experience to construction, startup and O&M, thereby helping to avoid larger issues with contractors during construction.

Licensed Electrical Contracting Services - BAI provides these services as a contractor. We also work closely with engineering firms to provide consulting services for system layout, installation, controls, inpsection, testing and startup.

Programming and Automation (multiple sites) – We have provided instrumentation, automation and programming services for remediation sites in USEPA Regions II and III. Our serivces include system programming, hardware and softwater selection, installation, startup and service. Our programmers also hold the highest level operator licenses in New Jersey.

Treatability Studies (multiple projects) - BAI performs treatability studies as part of our design/build/operate projects and as a stand-alone service to owners and engineering companies. Our Lakewood, New Jersey office has shop and laboratory facilities that enables us to work with our customers to design, fabricate and test bench or pilot scale systems in a controlled, cost-effective manner.

Certified Laboratory Services (field analysis) - BAI holds a laboratory certification in New Jersey for field parameters including conductivity, turbity, pH, chlorine residual and dissolved oxygen.

Groundwater Sampling (multiple sites) – BAI provides groundwater sampling services using conventional and low-flow techniques. For over five years we have provided these services for many of our clients, sampling over 500 wells per year.
